Nevada Resident Agent List

A not so well know fact is that the Secretary of State of Nevada’s Resident Agent List is a paid list. Many people look at this list and say that anyone on it cannot be a Nevada Resident Agent or Nevada Registered Agent – this is not true! Anyone who is willing to pay $500.00 to the state of Nevada will be included on the list. The State does not endorse or certify anyone on this list. Here is their disclaimer:
