What if you're sued?

When we first started doing this 16 years ago the studies said that 1 in 4 people will be sued. Now that number is at 1 in 3 will be sued. It does not say that then could be sued it says 1 in 3 WILL be sued.

According to an articles in the Wall Street Journal - This is one of our big fears. Over 80% of Americans believe there are too many lawsuits, according to a 2006 survey undertaken for the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform. An earlier survey, conducted for insurer Fireman's Fund, found that 67% of homeowners were concerned they might personally be sued.
